Standard Conditions

Prices:  Ex-factory prices, VAT not included, subject to alteration.

Delivery: Subject to availability.

Shipping: At customer’s expense and risk. Claims for damages or losses sustained on route to be submitted to forwarder. Sender reserves the right of choice of shipping route.

Payment: Net without deductions within 10 days from date of invoice respectively according to payment conditions of our offer. Merchandise remains property of sender until full payment has been made.
In the event of litigation the courts in Deggendorf/Germany shall have jurisdiction for both parties.
First orders will be executed against COD or advance payment. The same applies to small order amounts up to 250€ net. Invoice will include COD charges.
